2. 1 day before examination
· Fasting: Fast from 12 to 14 hours before the examination (water, gum, candy, and cigarettes are also prohibited).
· If you are having a colonoscopy, please refer to the guideline for colonoscopy .
· Insulin: Those who inject should not inject from the evening before.
3. On the day of examination
Items: Please be sure to fill out the medical questionnaire and bring it.
· Feces: Please collect in a feces container. Please store the collected feces in a cold and cool place and return them to the reception desk on the day of the examination.
· Cost: You can pay at the reception counter on the day, and cash and credit cards are accepted. (If you pay in person)
· Diabetes medicine: Do not take on the morning of the health examination.
· Blood pressure medicine: Take with a small amount of water in the morning of the day.
Anticonvulsants: Take with a small amount of water early in the morning.
· Attire: Please arrive by the reservation time in comfortable clothing. (Do not wear valuables)
· Transportation: Those who undergo sedation endoscopy cannot drive on the same day, so public transportation or guardians are required.
· Urine: There is a urine test on the examination day, so do not urinate before the urine test. For urine tests, inquire at the blood collection room of the examination center.
Others: Please refrain from carrying valuables and accompanying children.

Precautions for uterine cytology
As an early detection test for cervical cancer, a speculum is inserted into the vagina to collect cells from the cervix. Avoid sexual intercourse, use of vaginal tablets, creams, and douching within 24 hours prior to the examination.
